Not all sizes \ colours are available in stock, there for it would be advisable to call first if you are looking at a specific dress \ Size. If you are wanting to order a dress, delivery is normally 12 weeks of the order being placed (In the busy periods this could be extended to 16 weeks)

When placing an order for a gown a 50% part payment is required (unless the dress is in stock them full payment will be required), as the dress is made for each individual client all moneys are none refundable and none transferable.

Dresses are available in sizes 8 to 32 but there is an addition cost for dresses sized 24 and upwards (size 18+ on tiffany bridal, Linzi Jay).

All of our Gowns \ Dresses are subject to additional charge for any alterations that may be required. Clients are free to seek the services of a third party seam stress to alter their gown \ dress if they wish, however all gowns must be paid in full before removal from the shop.

We are able to offer an alteration service on your gown if you require in our fully equipped  workshop. We are trained seam stresses, ensuring your gown is the perfect fit, there is an extra cost for this service depending on the work required.

K.T.Bridal cannot be held responsible for any subsequent failures of the gown once any alteration work has been untaken by a third party.
